I can’t imagine exercising the way I used to - on my own! I was never consistent or had a routine. Being part of Arise is part of my routine now. I’m fitter and healthier physically and mentally because I go every week to catch up with my friends, have all the craic with Amy and Jemma and most importantly, make time for myself.. invaluable.

The coaches create a fantastic programme that has progressions of great strength & conditioning movements, depending on your goals.. from recreational to high levels. Plus the big bonus prize is making lots of friends
